Coaching

Thinking of coaching?
• What is the one issue that if you could solve or improve would have the greatest impact on your personal or professional life?
• How might resolving that issue benefit you, your team, your organisation or even your family?
• What if every leader in your school had access to bespoke support and was empowered to solve those issues for themselves… what would the impact be for that member of staff, their colleagues, the students and perhaps also for you?

School Coaching Programs
I provide tailored coaching programs to Schools and Education Providers around Leicestershire. My person-centred coaching approach empowers school leaders at all levels:
• To overcome their individual work and wellbeing challenges so they can lead with confidence, certainty, and clarity.
• To have the confidence and tools to have those difficult conversations and give effective feedback so they can get the best out of their teams.
• By creating an inspiring space to reflect and think strategically, so leaders can spend less time being reactive and bogged down in the daily ‘to-do’ list and have more time to drive successful school improvement.
• To reclaim their evenings and weekends and create a more sustainable work-life balance that doesn’t compromise their impact at work or home life.
• To love their job again! I help leaders to establish a desirable career path that excites, has purpose and fits with the lifestyle they want to lead.

Aligning with School Priorities
As all schools are different, I can provide a bespoke service to align with your school’s priorities and needs. Previous coaching programs have supported the following school priorities:

• To support the wellbeing and development of new and developing middle leaders, so that they can lead their teams effectively through a period of significant change (COVID and new leadership).
• To support and develop a culture where staff and students thrive, that values strong relationships and which fosters a strong sense of belonging.
• To help ‘grow our own talent’ by supporting current and aspiring leaders to enhance performance and develop their careers at TMET.
• To support leaders to ‘be the best they can be’ by increasing clarity and certainty around SIP and subject lead priorities, building confidence for a future OFSTED inspection and by empowering individuals to tackle any challenges they may be facing.
• To support leaders with bespoke career, professional and leadership development and with any issues that might be affecting their wellbeing in work.
• To introduce and develop a coaching culture, equipping staff with basic coaching skills to help them support and get the best out of their colleagues and students.
